With an entrepreneurial journey beginning in 1984, Sanjiv Vasant has been associated with the lime business since 1995 and feed phosphates since 2000. His long-standing industry relationships and commercial experience provide strategic direction as the Group strengthens its manufacturing, distribution and international business capabilities.
Soham Vasant
Qualification: Commerce graduate; postgraduate education in Family Managed Business, S. P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai.
Represents the second generation of leadership. His responsibilities include finance, banking, commercial operations, customer development and business planning, supporting disciplined growth and customer relationships.
Shivam Vasant
Qualification: Mechanical Engineering, Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, Mumbai; entrepreneurship studies, University of Nottingham, UK.
Contributes technical and entrepreneurial expertise across supply-chain management, product development, manufacturing initiatives and project execution.
Kunal Bharat Shingala

Qualification: Mechanical Engineering, Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology; MSc International Business, Aston Business School, Birmingham.
Brings international business and engineering perspectives to the Board, with experience spanning marketing, human resources and operations.

Qualification: Commerce graduate, Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur; member, Institute of Company Secretaries of India; law graduate.

Oversees coordination of accounts and payment operations, including accounting workflows, supplier payments, outstanding dues, receivables, banking coordination and financial documentation.

Dahej manufacturing operations are carried out through Shivam Chemicals & Minerals Private Limited (SCMPL), a subsidiary of Shivam Chemicals Limited.

Factory Head
Leads factory operations, including plant production, process performance, operating teams, safety, quality and environmental practices. His experience includes chemical production, environmental management and quality systems.

Leads Hydrated Lime production operations and coordinates with maintenance, quality and plant teams to support reliable plant performance.

DCP Production In-Charge
Responsible for Feed-Grade Dicalcium Phosphate production execution, batch operations, production monitoring and coordination with quality control and operating teams. Reports to the Factory Head.
